if p and q are the roots of the equation x^2 - px+ q = 0 ,then find p and q value​

p,q \: are \: the \: roots \: of \: the \: eq.-

 x² - px + q = 0

So ,

 (p + q) =\frac{-(-p)}{1}=\frac{p}{1}=p

 (p + q) = p

q = 0

 Now ,

 pq = \frac{q}{1} = q

pq = q

p = 1
