If p and q are the zeroes of the polynomial 2x^2 - 5x - k such that P-q = 9/2 find the value of k.

sum of roots is (-b/a)

product of roots is (c/a)

from the relation

(m+n)^2 =(m-n)^2 +4mn

you know both sum and difference of roots

so from this relation you get answer as (-7/2)
