ANSWER :

A = 1/2 , C = 5

ax^2 -5x +c

p and q are zeroes of the polynomial

p+q = pq = 10

question :- To find value of "a" and "c"

Solution :

The given polynomial is in the form of ax^2 + bx+c

on comparing, we find

a = a

b = -5

C= c

we know that

p+q = -b/a

p+q = 10

10 = -(-5)/ a

10a = 5

10 = 5/a

a = 5/10

a = 1/2

pq = 10

pq = 10we know that pq = c/a

10 = c/1/2

10= 2c

c = 10/2

c = 5
