if p and q are real prime no so

factor of p= 1,p
factor of q =1,q

hence hcf of p,q is 1

Prime factorisation of P = 1×P

Prime factorisation of Q = 1×Q

THEREFORE,

HCF OF P and Q = 1 × 1 = 1.
