✰ Qᴜēsᴛíõñ :-

If P(E) = 0.05, what is the probability of 'not E' ?

✪ Söʟúᴛîøɴ :-

Given :- P(E) = 0.05

Hence, P(E) + P(Ē) = 1, where P(Ē) is the probability of 'not E'

0.05 + P(Ē) = 1

⛬ P(Ē) = 1 - 0.05

= 0.95

Solution:

Given: P(E) =0.05

Now, P (E) +P (E) =1 , Where P(E) probability of not E

0.05+P(Ē) =1

  • P(Ē) =1.0.05
  • 0.95
