and r be (x-2)

➖➖ then it's been given that their sum of ages is 90, hence

,. it is given by

p+q+r= 90

x+x-2+x+2= 90

3x= 90 ,.

x= 30

▶hence the age of p is 30 years,
▶ the age of q is (x +2) = 30+2 = 32 years
▶age of r is given by (x-2)=28 years
