Let the length of AB be x cm. Since point P is on the perpendicular bisector of AB, it follows that AP is equal to BP and as per given data AB is 7 cm. more than AB.

So, what we have is the following:

AB = x cm.

AP = x+7 cm. (From the given data)

BP = x+7 cm. (Since P is on the perpendicular bisector of AB)

We have been given the perimeter as 38, so basically what we have is

x + x+7 + x+7 = 38

3x + 14 = 38 and therefore 3x = 24 and thus x = 8.

This is going to be an Isosceles Triangle and its sides are 8, 15 and 15.
