the second number will be = p + 11

for example ,if a odd number p = 33 is divisible by 11 then second number

p + 11 = 33 +11 = 44 , will also be divisible by 11

hence it's proved that if we add 11 to the odd number which is divisible by 11 then the obtained number (second) will also be divisible by 11 .
