We know that ,

p² = m² × v² , Since p = mv

substituting p² value from above equation and dividing by 2 m

 \frac{ {m}^{2}  \times v {}^{2} }{2m}  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times mv {}^{2}
We got the equation of Kinetic Energy!
