two vector are parallel means cross product of its zero .
P =mi -2j +2k
Q =2i -nj + K

P×Q = (-2×1 +n×2)i -( m×1 - 2×2)j + ( -m×n +4)K = 0

so,

-2 +2n =0 → n = 1
m - 4 = 0→ m = 4

varify :-
-mn + 4 =0
-1×4 + 4 =0

so, m = 4 and n = 1
