GIVEN :

if p/q=1+1/2+1/3+1/4+1/5where p,q have no common factors then p+q=?

Answer:

1/1+1/2+1/3+1/4+1/5

multiply 1/1  denom and numerator with 2 ,so equation becomes

2/2+1/2+1/3+1/4+1/5

now after adding for bases equal 3/2+1/3+1/4+1/5

now multiply 3/2 numer and denom with 3 amd 1/3 with 2 so as to equate denominators,,

in the same processif we solve to get one single value it will be 23/10 which is in form

p/q so p+q=33
