Answer:

given that :

p/q = 1/6

=> q = 6p

and

p/r = 3/2

=> r= 2p/3

now,

p:q:r = 3:18:2

hope it works ❤️

\huge{{ \red{given,}}}

{{ \pink{if  \: p:q= \frac{1}{3} :2  \: and  \: p:r= \frac{3}{4} : \frac{1}{2} ,}}} \\

calculate the ratio p:q:r giving your answer in its simplest form

We need to find the ratio p:q:r

{{ \red{given,}}} \:  \\{{ \pink{p:q =  \frac{1}{3}  : 2=  \frac{1}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{2} =  \frac{1}{6} </p><p>,}}}  \\ </p><p>{{ \green{ p:r= \frac{3}{4} : \frac{1}{2} = \frac{3}{4}  \times  \frac{2}{1}= \frac{3}{2} }}} \\ {{ \red{now   \:  \frac{p}{q} = \frac{1}{6}   \: and  \:  \frac{p}{r} = \frac{3}{2} }}} \\ </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>

We need to make p equal numerators so we get,

{{ \red{ \frac{p}{q} =  \frac{1}{6}   \times   \frac{3}{2} =  \frac{3}{12}  \:  }}}   \\ {{ \red{ \frac{p}{r} =  \frac{1}{3}   \times   \frac{3}{2} =  \frac{3}{6}  \:  }}}   \\ </p><p>{{ \red{Therefore  \: p : q : r = 3 : 12 : 6}}}</p><p></p><p></p><p>
