p+q=210 &

pq=221

(p+q)^2=p^2+q^2+2pq

p^2+q^2=(p+q)^2-2pq

=(210)^2-2 (221)

=44100-442

=43658

3 (p^2+q^2)=3×43658

=130974 (Ans)
