In such ratios, take two ratios first and find the LCM of common value and proceed as mentioned below .....

eg., take r:s and p:r first..

1 3

1(3/3 * 1) 3 (LCM of 3, 3) 2(3/3 * 2)

Now we have p:r:s = 1:3:2

then in same way...

p q r s

1 3 2

2 5

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2(LCM of 1,2) 5(2/2 * 5) 6(2/1 * 3) 4(2/1 * 2)

Thus,p:q:r:s = 2:5:6:4
