The  \: value  \: of  \: \frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q}

Given:

\frac{p}{q}

  = \frac{6}{5}

=1.2

To find:

Find  \: the \:  value  \: of \:  \frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q}

Explanation:

\frac{p}{q}

= \frac{6}{5}

=1.2 ⇒ p= 1.2q

Put this value in the equation whose value should be calculated

\frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q} =  \frac{5\times 1.2q - 6q}{3\times 1.2 +4q}

\frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q} =  \frac{6q- 6q}{3.6q +4q}

\frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q} =\frac{0}{7.6q}

 \frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q} =o

Alternative \:  method,  \: \frac{p}{q}= \frac{6}{5}

put P=6 and q=5 we can get a same value that is answer should be zero.

\frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q}=\frac{5\times 6- 6\times 5}{3\times 6 +4\times 5}= 0

You can use which ever method the answer should be same I think second method should be little bit easy.

The \:  value  \: of \:  \frac{5p- 6q}{3p +4q}  = 0
