HOPE THIS HELPS U

2x square -7x+ 3=0

2x square -6x -x + 3=0

2x(x-3) - 1(x+3) =0

(x - 3)  (2x - 1)

x = 3    x = 1/2

P = 3    Q = 1/2

THEN

P square + Q square

(3)square + (1/2)square

9 + 1/4

37/4
