Hey! Here is ur answer... There is some mistake in F(x) but after correction the solution will be...
F(x) = 2x^2 - 7x + 3 = 0
2x^2 - 6x - x + 3 = 0
2x (x - 3) - 1 (x - 3) = 0
(2x - 1) (x - 3) = 0
X = 1 / 2 nd x = 3
So, p = 1 / 2 nd q = 3
Now, p^2 + q^2 = 1 / 4 + 9 = 37 / 4
