2p2 - 13p + 20  = p + 8

2p2 - 14p + 12  = 0

p2 - 7p + 6  = 0

p2 - 6p - p + 6  = 0

p(p - 6) - 1(p - 6) = 0

(p - 6)(p - 1) = 0

p = 6 and p = 1,

These p values meet the condition.
