If P,Q,R are three points on a line and Q is between P and R, than prove that PR-QR=PQ.

Let ab a line segment and let qpr be three points on it
It is given that q is between p and r
Therefore, qp+qr=pr
Pq=pr-qr

From fig,

PR=PQ+QR

=> PQ=PR-QR

Hence , proved.
