p(t) = 4t^2 - 3t + 6

t = 0

p(0) = 4(0)^2 - 3(0) + 6

0 - 0 + 6

6

t = 4

p(4) = 4(4)^4 - 3(4) + 6

164 - 12 + 6

170 -12

158

t = -5

p(-5) = 4(-5)^2 - 3(-5) + 6

4(25) + 15 +6

100 +15 +6

121

I think this is the answer..............I hope it helps you

Answer:

6,58,121

Step-by-step explanation:

p(t)=4t^{2}-3t+6

p(0)=4(0)^{2} - 3(0) + 6

=6

p(4)=4( 4)^{2}-3(4)+6

=64-12+6

=58

p(-5)=4(-5)^{2}-3(-5)+6

=100+15+6

=121
