if p(u)=u^6+5u^4-6u^3+2 and q(u)=6u^5+4u^3+1 then p(1)-q(-1) is?

p(u)=u^6+5u^4-6u^3+2
p(1)=(1)^6+5(1)^4-6(1)^3+2
p(1)=1+5-6+2=2
q(u)=6u^5+4u^3+1
q(-1)=6(-1)^5+4(-1)^3+1
q(1)=-6-4+1=-9
p(1)-q(-1)=2-(-9)=2+9=11
