Answer:

Sum = 15

product = 4.5

Step-by-step explanation:

sum of zeroes of any polynomial of the form

a {x}^{2}  + bx + c

is

 \frac{ - b}{a}

and the product is

 \frac{c}{a}

so, for this polynomial, i.e ,

 { \frac{1}{3}x }^{2}   - 5x +  \frac{3}{2}

sum =

 \frac{ - ( - 5)}{ \frac{1}{3} }  \\  = 5 \times 3 \\  = 15

and product =

 \frac{ \frac{3}{2} }{ \frac{1}{3} }  \\  =  \frac{3 \times 3}{2}  \\  =  \frac{9}{2}  \\  = 4.5
