p(x)-q(x)=2x^4-6x^3+4x+1-(2x^3+6x-3)=2x^4-6x^3+4x+1-2x^3-6x+3=2x^4-8x^3-2x+4
p(x)×q(x)=(2x^4-6x^3+4x+1)(2x^3+6x-3)=4x^7+12x^5--34x^4-12x^6+20x^3+25x^2-18x-3
