Hi dear...

We know that P(x) = (x*)-2(2√2)+1
As per the sum......Value of this polynomial is 2

There fore... X*-2(2√2)+1=2
: x*-4(✓2*)+1=2

:x*-8+1=2

:x*-7=2

:x*=7+2

:X*=9

:X=√9

:X=3

Keep smiling...
