Using Remainder theorem we say that when P(x) is divided by x+5√2 then remainder will be P(-5√2)    [Put x+5√2=0]

P(-5√2) = (-5√2)² - (5√2)*(-5√2) - 5√2 = 100-5√2

Hence, remainder is 100-5√2.
