P(2)=2^3+3×2^2-2×2+4

p(2)=8+12-4+4

p(2)=24-4

p(2)=20

p(-2)=-2^3+3×-2^2-2×-2+4

p(-2)=-8+12+4+4

p(-2)=20-8

p(-2)=12

p(0)=0^3+3×0^2-2×0+4

p(0)=0+0+0+4

p(0)=4
