p(1) = 1^3 - 3(1)^2 +2(1) -3
= 1-3+2-3
= -2-1 = -3
p(-1)= -1^3 -3(-1)^2+2(-1)-3
= -1+3-2-3
= 2-5= -3
p(1) + p(-1)
= -3 + -3
= -3-3 = -6
