  = {0}^{3}  +  {0}^{2}  - (9 \times 0) - 9

= 0 + 0- 0- 9

= -9

p(-3) =

  = {( - 3)}^{3}  +  {( - 3)}^{2}   - 9 \times ( - 3) - 9

= -27 + 9 + 27 - 9

= 0
