hey mate.
here is your answer
p(x)=x^2-4x+3
p(2)=(2)^2-4(2)+3
p(2)=4-8+3=-1
p(-1)=(-1)^2-4(-1)+3
p(-1)=1+4+3=8
p(2)-p(-1)=-1-8=-9
-9 is your answer
hope it helps

Heya !!!

P(X) = X²-4X+3

Putting X = 2 in P(X).

P(2) = (2)² - 4 × 2 + 3

=> 4 - 8 + 3

=> 7 -8 = -1

And,

P(-1) = (-1)² - 4 × -1 + 3

=> 1 + 4 + 3 => 8

Therefore,

P(2) - P(-1) => -1 - (8) = -1 - 8 = -9

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU...... :-)
