Answer:p(x) = 2 + 5x  ∴ P(2) = 2 + 5(2) = 2 + 10 = 12  p(x) = 2 + 5x  P(- 2) = 2 + 5(- 2) = 2 – 10 = – 8  p(x) = 2 + 5x  P(1) = 2 + 5(1) = 2 + 5 = 7  ∴ P(2) + P(- 2) – p(1) = 12 + (- 8) – 7  ∴ P(2) + p(- 2) – p(1) = – 3
