If p (x) = x2 – x – 2 , find p ( 0 )​

Answer:

p(0)=0×2-0-2

=-2

because when you put the value of x is 0 the whole term become zero except -2

If p(x)=x^{2}-x-2

So to find p(0) we substitute/replace 0 in place of x, we get,

⇒(0)^2-0-2

⇒0-0-2

⇒-2

Hence p(0)= -2
