Given

p(x) = x³ - 3x² + 2x

To find

p(0) , p(1) , p(2) .. also to conclude

Solution

★ P(x) → x³ - 3x² + 2x

P(0) → (0)³ - 3(0)² + 2(0)

→ 0 - 0 + 0

→ 0

P(1) → (1)³ - 3(1)² + 2(1)

→ 1 - 3 × 1 + 2

→ 1 - 3 + 2

→ 0

P(2) → (2)³ - 3(2)² + 2(2)

→ 8 - 3 × 4 + 4

→ 8 - 12 + 4

→ 0

Conclusion : 0 , 1 , 2 are the zeros of

p(x) = x³ - 3x² + 2x .
