If p(x) = x³-3x²+2x, then find the value of p(1).

p(x) = x³-3x²+2x

Hence p(1) = 1^3 -3(1)^2 + 2(1)

= 1 - 3 + 2

= 0.

We have

P ( x ) = x³ -3x² + 2x

Then putting x = 1

P ( 1 ) = 1 - 3 ( 1 )² + 2 ( 1 )

= 1 -3 + 2

= 0

Hence the value of P ( 1 ) = 0
