Answer;

p(x)= (x}^{3} -  {x}^{2}  + x + 1

therefore \\

p(1)=

 {1}^{3}  - {1}^{2}  + 1 + 1

=3-1

=2

p(-1)= -1 -1-1-1

= -4

therefore p(-1)/2=-2

therefore p(1)+p(-1)/2=2-2=0

Therefore Answer: '0' (Zero)
