Answer:

p(-1) = (-1)² - 4(-1) + 3

= 1 + 4 + 3

= 8

p(0) = (0)² - 4(0) + 3

= 0 - 0 + 3

= 3

p(1) = (1)² - 4(1) + 3

= 1 - 4 + 3

= 0

p(2) = (2)² - 4(2) + 3

= 4 - 8 + 3

= -1

Answer:

Given:-

p(x) = {x}^{2} - 4x + 3

Find:-

Value of P

Solution:-

Value of P when P(0)

p(0) = {0}^{2} - 4(0) + 3 \\ = 0 - 0 + 3 \\ = 3

Value of P when P(-1)

p( - 1) = {( - 1)}^{2} - 4( - 1) + 3 \\ = 1 + 4 + 3 \\ = 5 + 3 \\ = 8

Value of P when P(1)

p(1) = {1}^{2} - 4(1) + 3 \\ = 1 - 4 + 3 \\ = - 3 + 3 \\ = 0

Value of P when P(2)

p(2) = {(2)}^{2} - 4(2) + 3 \\ = 4 - 8 + 3 \\ = - 4 + 3 \\ = - 1
