Heya,

p (y) = 4 + 3y - y^2 + 5y^3

=> p (y) = 5y^3 - y^2 + 3y + 4

=> p (2) = 5 (2)^3 - (2)^2 + 3 (2) + 4

=> p (2) = 5 (8) - 4 + 6 + 4

=> p (2) = 40 - 4 + 6 + 4

=> p (2) = 46
