➡️ It is elongated organ situated between the limbs of the'C' shaped duodenum.

➡️ The exocrine part of the pancreas secretes an alkaline pancreatic juice containing various enzymes.

➡️ It's endocrine part secretes hormone, insulin and glucagon.

➡️ pancreas has two ducts within it.

➡️ The First is duct of Santorini which is accessory or nonfunctional, opening directly into duodenum and the other is duct of wirsung which is functional and combines with bile duct to form common hepatopancreatic duct.
