As per the data given in the question,

In the above question, it is given that,

Given that if Pankaj deposits 1,50,000 rupees in a bank at 10 p.c.p.a for two years.

Here we have to know what is the total amount he will get from the bank.

We have to use the formula of total interest I=PRT/100.

Thus, Total interest,

I=\frac{P\times R\times T}{100}

Substituting the value in the above equation we get,

=\frac{150000 \times 10 \times 2}{100}\\=Rs.30000

Therefore the total amount =P+I

\begin{array}{l}=150000+30000 \\=Rs.180000 \text {  }\end{array}

Hence the total amount of Rs.180000 will get from the bank.
