if we roll a paper on a iron block and hold it on the candle flame, then it'll burn because fire is produced in the flame of candle. The fire in the candle flame is only able to burn the paper but not the iron because the iron is not getting sufficient heat to burn. It will get slightly heated. Not more than that.
