length = 20 cm

breadth = ?

Let the breadth be X

Formula of perimeter = {2 ( l + b )}

80 = 2 ( 20 + x)

80 = 40 + 2x

80 - 40 = 2x

40 = 2x

x = 40/2

x = 20

$\huge \boxed {x\;=\;20}$

The breadth is 20 cm .
