To find:-

  • The breadth of rectangle.

Given:-

  • The perimeter of the rectangle is 100 m
  • Length of the rectangle = 30 m

Formula:-

  • Perimeter = 2(length +breadth)=2(l+b)

Assuming:-

  • Let the breadth of the rectangle be x

Solution:-

ATQ

2(30 + x) = 100 \\ = > 60 + 2x = 100 \\ = > 2x = 100 - 60 \\ = > x = \frac{40}{2} = 20

Hence:-

  • The breadth of the rectangle is 20 cm

hope it helps.... :)
