let the sides of equilateral triangle be =L
so, 3L=60m
=>. L=20m
area of equilateral triangle=L²√3/4
=>area =400√3/4
=>100√3m²

=> s = 60/2 m

=> s = 30 m

And, 1 side = 60/3 m
= 20 m
