ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION...—

 \frac{1}{4} \times circumferance \: of \: the \: circle = \frac{1}{4} \times area \: of \: circle

Therefore...

(let radius be r)

 \frac{1}{4} \times 2 \times \pi \times r = \frac{1}{4} \times \pi \times {r}^{2}

2\pi = \pi \times r

r = 2

Diameter=2r
=4

perimetre of quadrant=ar. of quadrant

Ф÷360+2πr=Ф÷360+πr²

2πr=πr²

2=r

d=2*2=4
