STEP BY STEP EXPLAINATION
We have given that,
perimeter of rhombus is 100cm
and we know that,
A rhombus has four equal sides.
So,
4a = 100cm
a \:  =  \:  \frac{100}{4}
a = 25
The measure of each side is 25cm.
 {4a}^{2}  =  \:  {d1}^{2}  +  \:  {d2}^{2}
Where 'a' is side length and d1 and d2 are diagonals.
4 ( {25}^{2} ) =  \:  {48}^{2}  +  \:  {d2}^{2}  \\ 2500 \:  =  \: 2304 +  {d2}^{2}  \\ d2 \:  =  \:  \sqrt{2500 - 2304 }  \\ d2 \:  = 14 \\ the \: area \: of \: rhombus \: is \: \:  \:  \:  \\  a \:  =  \:  \frac{1}{2}  \times d1 \times d2 \\ a \:  =  \:  \frac{1}{2}   \:  \times  \: 48 \times 14 \\ a \:  =  {336cm }^{2}  \\ therefore \: the \: area \: of \: quadrilateral \: is \:  {336cm}^{2}
i hope it helps you
