if we apply force on car by taking support of car itself. Then force becomes zero. .. force always occur between two bodies. Here car is a single body... Hope this is helpful

Extra Info.. if we will push the car from outside. We will apply force on earth surface by our foot. This will apply equal & opposite force. This force is transferred to hands and we make the car move.
