If placenta is posterior will there is risk of placenta pervia

Yes, the placement of placenta will differ widely as for the posterior side it should normally be in the anterior position. If at all it is in the posterior the doctors will have to replace the hip bone and make the baby's head in the anterior (by ultrasonic and sonographic imaging it's done as to they are not illegal in correcting the placement of the foetus).
