If plants are living organisms and fruits and vegetables are part of plants. Then why are vegetarians not considered non vegetarian. both groups of people are eating living organisms.​

Because animals usually eats plants as they contain cellulose and it helps in bowel movement.

Whereas humans are eating plants because non-veg are not available everywhere and plants are being in the nature to serve the mankind but animals are the part of the nature who behaves through the nature.
