Answer:

It would affect the whole process of photosynthesis first. As, Water and Nutrients are both really important for humans and plants, so if any of them dont get the right amount of water and nutrients they will just die.

Explanation:

When a plant doesnt get enough water or nutrients from the soil, the pressure inside the stems & leaves drops and they wilt. So that will affect the whole plant.

If plants do not get the right amount of water and nutrients from the soil this might leave and the whole plant as follows

  • If the plant doesn't get the right amount of water and nutrients then this might delay lots of plant processes like photosynthesis and respiration.
  • If photosynthesis will get affected then there will be no splitting of water molecules to release protons that are helpful for ATP production and food.
  • There will be an alternation of pH on a cellular level.
  • A mineral deficiency would cause problems like necrosis and stunted growth.
