Given :

{\underline{\sf  \green{ Equation: 3y=ax+7}} }

\red\dashrightarrow\underline{\underline{\sf  \green{ x =  \frac{1}{2} }} }

\red\dashrightarrow\underline{\underline{\sf  \green{ y =  \frac{1}{3} }} }

To do:-

Substitute

 \frac{1}{2}

in place of x

 \frac{1}{3}

in place of y

\red\dashrightarrow\underline{\underline{\sf  \green{ 3 \times ( \frac{1}{3}) = a \times  \frac{1}{2} + 7 }} }

\red\dashrightarrow\underline{\underline{\sf  \green{  \frac{3}{3} =a \times   \:  \frac{15}{2}  }} }

\red\dashrightarrow\underline{\underline{\sf  \green{ 1 = a \times\frac{15}{2}   }} }

\red\dashrightarrow\underline{\underline{\sf  \green{ \: a =  \frac{2}{15}  }} }
