If point (1,p by 3) is the midpoint of the line segment joining the points ( 2,0 ) and ( 0, 2 by 9) show that the line 5x +3y+2 = 0 passes through the point ( -1 , 3p )

given that 1,p/3 is the mid point of (2,0) and (0,2/9) then
2+0/2=1 and 0+2/9÷2 =1/9 and 1/9=p/3 and p=1/3
and 5×-1+3×1+2=0
-5+3+2=0
hence 5x+3y+2=0 passes through (-1,1)
